These information include; a patient’s name, age, occupation, nature of sickness and treatment. Such a record may also include information on substance abuse, and the health history of the patient among several others.
Information from your medical record may affect your credit rating, chances of securing a job or even get a university or college admission. A medical record is both useful to a health care provider, a health care institution as well as the patients in a number of ways.
