Drink More Water I f You Sweat

I  went hiking with my friend Brenda the other day, but it ended in disaster as Brenda fainted only half an hour into it. Luckily one of the hikers is a doctor, so she took care of her. Turns out she was dehydrated. Brenda has a problem with excessive sweating, but she didn’t realise that this could lead to her being dehydrated. You need to drink plenty of water if you do sweat a lot because you lose fluid this way. I did manage to finish the hike, but as you can imagine, became pretty obsessed with drinking water after that incident.
