I hear it all the time “I don’t have time to exercise”. I understand some people are busier than others, but if you don’t have 45 minutes 3 times a week to do some physical exercise and keep fit and healthy than you need to rethink your position.
To be honest there is no other investment more important than your health and that investment of 1% of time for your week that gains 10X the benefits should be a no brainier. You need to find the time to exercise and then it will happen.
