It turns out that this lady was morbidly obese so she is someone that I can listen to. Someone who has been there and done that and knows all the things that we internally tell ourselves to keep the weight on. I am one of those people that tell myself all types of lies and consequently I am obese and feeling horribly guilt about it. I found her speech on a way to master your metabolism inspiring and I am ready to give it a try.
