Need to Get Some BER Certs Done Soon
July 2nd, 2009 . by adminI manage a bunch of properties in the city. We have a big turn over every fall when students move out and new ones move in. There is a lot to do when this happens - we need to rent all of the apartments that people are moving out of, clean them, paint them and prep them. In addition, we need to get BER certs for the units. So, I have been reading up on what this entails since it is a newer requirement. I have been looking online and I think I have a better understanding of the process and what I will need to do now.
