When I called my sister yesterday, I interrupted her as she was making an online application for pet insurance.  She was telling me about the great discounts that she found after comparing various companies.  The company that she was applying with had a 25% discount if she applied online.  She also found that many insurance companies would give a 5-15% discount if she insured more than one pet.  The policy that she needs is for two dogs.  She has an older poodle mix and a young pup that she just got from our cousin.  This is one of those things that a person should have but hopes that they never need to use them.
