One of the first things that sets the Mormons apart from the other Christian believers and religions of these last days, is the fact that the Mormons believe that mankind can and does receive additional revelation, and that God is not finished speaking to His prophets, nor will He ever be. This one defining mormon doctrine above all others, promotes a greater faith in God the Eternal Father, in His Son, Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost, and gives people everywhere hope that God will not abandon them, and that He is very concerned and involved with His children here on the Earth, never forsaking them.
