My father loves to buy jewelry for my mom’s birthday.  On her 50th birthday, he bought her some Sacramento diamond earrings.  So when she unexpectedly died 2 years later, my dad said he wanted me to have the earrings.  They are so beautiful, but they will always remind me of my mom.  My daughter was admiring them the other day, and I told her that they will be hers someday.  Since she’s only 7, she was thrilled but impatient.  I’m thankful I have something like this that I can now pass on to my daughter that will also remind her of her grandmother and mother.
