February 17th, 2010 . by adminThe C:\WINDOWS\system32\xpsp3res.dll/dnserror.htm (c windows system32 xpsp3res dll) usually comes up on your browser page when you have network connections or DNS problems. Usually the error is related to security restrictions in your browser settings. You can fix this by going to (if you are using IE7) TOOLS menu> Internet Options> Security and remove or uncheck ‘Enable Protected Mode’. Click on Apply then Ok, and restart your internet explorer. If this doesn’t work, you need to manually renew the IP and DNS configurations of your working LAN connection. You can do this by running DOS prompt, click on Start (on your Windows desktop)> click Run. In the box, type ‘command’ to open DOS. Type ipconfig/flushdns and press enter. When the blinking cursor returns, type ipconfig/renew. Type EXIT to close the DOS window, and then restart your internet browser.
