My friend’s experience rafting the Colorado River
October 30th, 2009 . by adminI once knew a guy who had never seen a large body of water in his whole life. Not even a river of significant size. I was good friends with him and I wanted him to experience something, so we decided to go on a vacation. We couldn’t go to the ocean, so we went somewhere better – to the Colorado River.
I knew that my friend would be thrilled by white water rafting Colorado. Boy was I right. He took to the water like a dog to a bone. He didn’t want to go home after our trip was done. It was almost like I introduced him to his new favorite sport.
